Eduporium accepts purchase orders (PO):

  • Schools qualify for NET 30 payment terms, which may be paid with credit cards, direct deposit (ACH) or business checks.
  • A signed copy of the purchase order must be received before an order can be processed.
  • Purchase orders may be emailed to sales@eduporium.com or faxed to (617) 977-0980. 
    • Please note that mailed-in purchase orders are subject to longer processing times and/or may be lost in transit. For best results, email or fax is strongly recommended. 
    • All signed purchase orders and/or cover sheets must contain the following information: 
        • Name of organization
        • Phone number and email of buyer 
        • Phone number and email of recipient (if different than buyer)
        • Shipping and billing addresses
        • Desired products and total extended price
  • If you are purchasing from Eduporium for the first time, please include your school or organization’s proof of tax-exempt status.
  • If applicable, please include the corresponding Eduporium quote, which provides product names, quantities, and shipping & handling charges.

 

There are several ways to request a quote from Eduporium:

  • Online: Using the “Add to Quote” button on our product and search pages, select the products that you are interested in. Once you are done, enter your information and click the “Submit Quote Request” button.
