Interactive Lessons for Robotics and Coding
Does your existing program need new life? Students will use their creativity, mixing electronics and code to experience programming while building problem-solving and computational thinking skills. Resources are also available, such as the Life-Sized Parts Identification Poster and Code Cards to support students. The project-based-learning curriculum is designed by teachers to engage all students and make teaching CS easy.
Teaching CS doesn’t have to be scary!
With Block-pi, coding becomes more accessible. Easily connect to the pi-top device (containing a Raspberry pi) through the Further interactive learning platform. Choose from hundreds of premade CSTA standards-aligned lessons. Write or edit code and send it wirelessly to the device from inside lessons! Roster students using Clever or Google, customize lessons, access resources, assess, and track progress through the Further teacher portal.
Real World Advanced Robotics and AI Projects
Students design and code complex projects using pi-top's custom curriculum, code libraries, and hardware. Students can collaborate to design optimal traffic light systems, smart homes, and pollution reduction utilizing AI and machine learning (e.g., obstacle avoidance, color recognition, emotion detection).
Introduce CS through Afterchool Clubs and Summer Camps
