Acquiring new educational STEM solutions shouldn’t be a burden for school leaders and teachers. Eduporium’s monthly grant program makes things easier. Every calendar month, we award two $500 EdTech grants to deserving educators, helping to build 21st century learning environments and better equipping students with the hard and soft skills they need for the future. Best of all, educators can purchase all the technology at the same time from our store, making innovation in your school more streamlined than ever.

Whether you've been searching for technology, STEM, or makerspace grants or exploring options for funding afterschool programs, we've got you covered. We’re looking for educators who have demonstrated innovation and creativity within their school community, those who have a financial need, and those who can provide a clear and concise plan for implementing new instructional technology tools within six months. If selected as a recipient of our technology grant for teachers, you'll have your choice of any items on our store within the $500 price range.

Schoharie Mohawk Initiative for Science and Technology

Products:

CoDrone

Project:

The Schoharie Mohawk Initiative for Science and Technology currently runs several robotics programs, including an exciting underwater robotics club, during the school year and summer. However, with the help of Eduporium, the Initiative hopes to expand its offerings to include a drone program. The program would use CoDrones to teach coding, preparing students to participate in the annual Aerial Drone Competition. Then, in partnership with the New York Power Authority, the program would demonstrate real-world uses for drones, such as inspecting power lines and other energy facilities. These activities will provide fun-filled experiences that actively prepare students for future careers.

YETI Robotics a QCRA Team

Products:

Edison

Project:

In the greater Charlotte, North Carolina region, over 100 Title I schools lack the resources for proper STEAM programs. Recognizing this gap, the YETI Robotics team facilitates affordable afterschool robotics programs in which elementary and middle school students explore topics such as robot design, programming, and communication skills. With the help of the Edison robots and YETI's original games, students all over Charlotte are introduced to important issues such as environmental protection and space exploration, while customizing their own unique robot. Last year, the team reached over 90 students, and with new Edisons and wider interest, they hope to reach 300+ students in the next iteration of the program.

Our grant is open to all educators in the United States! The application process opens on the first of each month and concludes on the 20th. Following the 20-day submission period, our team will review all new grant applications and notify the awardee by the last business day of the month. We will contact the recipient directly, then announce the news on our Twitter account, email newsletter, and blog.

Educators may only apply for the Eduporium grant once per month with one application per person. Those awarded the grant are then ineligible to apply for one calendar year. Once awarded, recipients must use their grant within three months (90 days) from the award date. Recipients may use their grant award on any of the hundreds of STEM, MakerEd, and computing technologies available on the Eduporium store. If your selection total is above the $500 grant amount, the remaining total may be paid by credit card or purchase order.
