The BrickPi system helps kids do more with LEGO MINDSTORMS® by connecting LEGO sensors and motors to your Raspberry Pi. This BrickPi kit has a BrickPi electronic board, BrickPi case, rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack, microSD card, ethernet cable, temperature, humidity, and pressure sensors, and a Raspberry Pi 3B. LEGO parts are not included.

Get to Know:
BrickPi is best for someone who already has LEGO MINDSTORMS sensors and motors. The BrickPi can connect to the Raspberry Pi, and replaces the MINDSTORMS Brick (brain of MINDSTORMS system). If you don’t already have LEGO MINDSTORMS, check out the complete robot kit, the GoPiGo.

- Power supply is recommended so you don’t drain the battery while programming
- Tiny (jewelry-sized) Phillips head screwdriver is recommended for assembly of the case
- microSD Card with Dexter Industries Raspbian for Robots, which you have to download and install yourself
