Manhattan College and Eduporium are teaming up to host an after-school Education Technology event for innovative teachers of all grade levels. Come meet some of MC's brightest minds, learn, play, collaborate, and network with fellow EdTech leaders who are curious about today’s cutting-edge tools. MC is opening its campus to host some up-and-coming teaching products, including virtual reality, 3D printing, and more as some of their faculty members explore their potential for enhancing education. Mark your calendars for Thursday, Oct. 5, 2017 from 3:30-6:30pm at Manhattan College’s Kelly Commons in the Bronx, NY.
STEM education and hands-on experiences can no longer be reserved for high school and college. Students need early and regular exposure to active learning from the time they embark on their educational journey. They need practice with creative problem solving, challenges that develop their critical thinking, and courses that teach them all about coding. They need technology in their daily learning and they need it now—something regularly preached in Manhattan College's Dept. of Instructional Design & Delivery.
