Recent updates to the Ozobot Classroom platform have seen it evolve to today’s teaching and learning. It’s completely web-based, making it easy to access and it’s very intuitive for educators without a lot of prior coding experience. Essentially, it helps simplify class setup with easy features for assigning lessons and helps generate insights on student progress.
Our friends from the Ozobot team released their highly anticipated Ozobot Classroom learning management system in the last month, providing some new and helpful options for teaching coding with the Ozobot Evo. With this free, web-based platform, any educators with two or more Evo Robots can gain real-time insights that are as exciting to discover as they are valuable.
Collaboration and coding…two of the most critical skills for students to develop and two of the most crucial challenges teachers face when building curricula. But, don’t worry, there’s an app for that. And a robot. And a few fully stocked classroom kits. Using the Ozobot Bit or Evo Classroom Kits, educators can empower up to 36 students to code.
The original Ozobot has made a huge impact in the field of STEM education with its accessible and intuitive control scheme and the Ozobot team is continually working hard to give students even more ways to learn. The Evo does everything the original Ozobot can do, including following lines of color-coded programming drawn by hand.
