Acquiring new educational STEM solutions shouldn’t be a burden for school leaders and teachers. Eduporium’s monthly grant program makes things easier. Every calendar month, we award two $500 EdTech grants to deserving educators, helping to build 21st century learning environments and better equipping students with the hard and soft skills they need for the future. Best of all, educators can purchase all the technology at the same time from our store, making innovation in your school more streamlined than ever.

Whether you've been searching for technology, STEM, or makerspace grants or exploring options for funding afterschool programs, we've got you covered. We’re looking for educators who have demonstrated innovation and creativity within their school community, those who have a financial need, and those who can provide a clear and concise plan for implementing new instructional technology tools within six months. If selected as a recipient of our technology grant for teachers, you'll have your choice of any items on our store within the $500 price range.

Project:

Colleen Brooks, a special education teacher at Horseshoe Drive Elementary, hopes to open future career opportunities for her autistic students by introducing them to computer programming and STEM activities. These students thrive on ordered processes that are common in the world of programming and enjoy multimodal forms of instruction, so STEM tools like Finch and micro:bit will be a perfect fit. These tools will allow them to learn through multiple senses and hands-on lessons. In fact, learning through motor memory has already been a productive method for these students, especially those who communicate with AAC devices, so Colleen is hoping that introducing them to more programming concepts will expand their learning even further.

Project:

CJ McDermott at Lakes International Language Academy (LILA) is creating contemporary artwork opportunities for Native American students using Cricut tools. LILA is a school committed to belonging, fostering empathy and inclusion as it carries out its mission of preparing global citizens through language acquisition. To this end, CJ hopes to use Cricut to empower indigenous students with art. This project will blend the past and present, teaching traditional ways of creating art while incorporating modern technology and STEM. With these tools, students from kindergarten to 12th grade will feel supported, represented, and seen within the school.

Our grant is open to all educators in the United States! The application process opens on the first of each month and concludes on the 20th. Following the 20-day submission period, our team will review all new grant applications and notify the awardee by the last business day of the month. We will contact the recipient directly, then announce the news on our Twitter account, email newsletter, and blog.

Educators may only apply for the Eduporium grant once per month with one application per person. Those awarded the grant are then ineligible to apply for one calendar year. Once awarded, recipients must use their grant within three months (90 days) from the award date.
